Full deep dark purple color. Opulent from the first barrel tasting to release. Expressive black fruit with aromas of black pepper , vanilla and clove. Firm on the palate with a soft mid palate and blackberry style fruit. Bright acidity helps to round out the tannins, oak and alcohol. Very elegant oak and spice finish.
