This vintage was a beautiful crop with smaller than normal grape clusters, hand harvested from St. Helena and Oak Knoll! The wine has a deep ruby color with a floral aroma of red roses and lavender. Big rich, lively flavors of blackberry and currant fruit with hints of baking spice and vanilla round out the palate. Silky tannins and lovely French oak, completes the mid palate resulting in a long, elegant finish.
